Return Policy



All sale and discounted items are final sale. Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded. This includes any special event sales. No returns will be accepted on jewelry, lingerie, hats, socks, swimwear, vintage items, apothecary products or artwork.

All returns of in store orders will be accepted within 7 days of original purchase for exchange or store credit in the form of a gift-card only.

Our policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you an exchange or store credit.

To be eligible for a exchange or store credit, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging and or have original tags. Additional non-returnable items Gift cards and Sale items. No returns will be accepted for jewelry, lingerie, hats, socks, swimwear, vintage items, apothecary or artwork.


All returns for online orders will be accepted if mailed back within 5 days of the date it was received for exchange or store credit in the form of a gift-card. 


To return or exchange items please email with reason for your return and the item information.

Customers are responsible for any return shipping costs. Exchange shipping of new item to you will be free.

Returns from online purchases may be returned in store within 7 days of purchase date for store credit or exchange only. 



All return items must be in original condition, unworn and unwashed with store tags still attached.
All shoes must be returned in their original box, unworn, and in their original condition.
Any item(s) with indication of wear or use will not be returnable.
Special or custom orders are not returnable.
Any custom or special ordered item will not be returnable.
